Obituary of Helen Bass

Helen Bass passed away peacefully in Sun City Center, Florida at the age of 92 on May 28, 2018 surrounded by family. She was born in Ewa, Hawaii on July 6, 1925. 
Helen is survived by her husband of 60 years, Sam Bass; their children, Earl Michael Bass, James (and Jamel) Bass, Joyce Bass, Vanessa Williams; and grandchildren James, Tony, Cori, Jason, Bernadette, Marcus, Evette, Robbie, Kieron, Patrick, and 6 great grandchildren. She is predeceased by sons Richard, Sam, and Robbie.
A celebration of Helen’s life is scheduled for 4pm, Saturday, June 2, 2018 at Sun City Center Funeral Home with a reception to follow at 3308 Double D Ranch Trail, Ruskin, FL. All are welcome to join in their aloha attire to celebrate Helen’s life, and feel free to bring a side dish to the reception.
