Obituary of Frank V. Martin

Martin, Frank V. 94 of Sun City Center, Fla passed away March 12, 2011. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and retired from General Motors as a tool and dye maker. He was a member and held various offices in the Masons, Shriners, Kiwanis, General Motors Retirees Club and Sun City Home Owners Association. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Martin. Survivors include two brothers, Horace "Homer" Martin and his wife, Eva and Clyde Martin, a sister, Geneva "Genny" Thompson and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 18, 2011 at the United Methodist Church of Sun City Center, 1210 Del Webb Boulevard West, Sun City Center, Fla. A reception will follow immediately after the service at the church. Burial will be at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Fla at a later date.
