Obituary of Vernice L. Pipkins

Pipkins, Vernice L., 90 of Ruskin, passed away on July 12, 2011 at her residence with her loving family at her side. Born in Hasting, Florida on February 24, 1921, Vernice was a homemaker and a member of Northside Baptist Church. Vernice is preceded in death by her husband of 66 years James M. Pipkins. Survivors include her daughters Barbara Whidden of Ruskin, and Jimmie L. (Edwin) Parker of Apollo Beach, Fl, Vernice is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2011 at 3:00 PM at Sun City Center Funeral Home, 1851 Rickenbacker Drive, Sun City Center, and will receive friends one hour prior to service.
