Simrell, Phyllis L. 82, passed away September 30, 2010. She was a homemaker and a member of Falcon Watch golf Club. Survivors include her husband, Jack E, three sons, Jack A. (Rebecca) Simrell, Mark Simrell and Keith E. (Julianne) Simrell, her sister, Helen (Paul) Tardi, her sister in law, Mary Ann Simrell Hogan, Ph.D. and four grandchildren.
