Obituary of Richard Earl Denney

Denney, Richard Earl, 82, of Gibsonton, Fla passed away November 22, 2010. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He retired from Cargil as a mechanic and was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his son, Richard Earl Denney, Jr. and his daughter, Alice Denney. Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Barbara, a son, David (Barbara) Denney, three daughters, Susan (Bill) Veasey, Sherry (Ron) Easton and Libby (Larry) Hampton, 9 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service at the funeral home. Funeral services will be conducted 10 a.m. Saturday, November 27, 2010 at Sun City Center Funeral Home, 1851 Rickenbacker Drive, Sun City Center, Fla. Interment with Military Honors at Fellowship Cemetery, Lithia, Fla. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to LifePath Hospice, 3785 Upper Creek Drive, Ruskin, Fla 33573
