Her purpose was to love and share herself with others. She loved God, and her relationship with Him was personal. When life got hard she called upon the name of the Lord, He was her source of strength. She attributed all that she gained in this life to the Lord. No wisdom of her own but the wisdom of God Brought her thorough life's journey. Through this relationship she was able to carve out the future for the generations to come, by the example she set while she lived. Bible Passages she held on to: Psalm 119:105, Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light or my path. Psalm 121:5, The Lord watches over you the Lord is your shade at your right Hand. John 14:1,2 Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In MY Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. Psalm 23: The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures, He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul; he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil for Thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: Thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: And I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. Madelyn L.
