Obituary of Joseph Bono

Bono, Joseph, Jr. 79 of Sun City Center, Fla passed away March 24, 2009. He served in the U.S. Army and retired from New Jersey Bell. He was a member of Notre Dame of Mt Carmel Catholic Church in Cedar Knolls, NJ and St Elizabeth Ann Seton in Palm Coast, Fla and St Anne Catholic Church in, Ruskin, Fla He was a charter member of the Moose Club in Palm Coast, Fla, a Third Degree Knight of the Knights of Columbus, a member of People Who Need People Club, and past president of Telephone Pioneers of America in Palm Coast., Fla. Survivors include his wife, Jean Sica Bono, a daughter, Marion (Victor) Miranda, two sons, Richard (Carol) Bono, and Joseph (Ann) Bono, III, a brother, George Bono, six grandchildren and one great granddaughter. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 pm with a wake service at 7 PM Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at Sun City Center Funeral Home, 1851 Rickenbacker Drive, Sun City Center, Fla Burial will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, New Jersey. In lieu of flowers family asked that donations maybe made in Honor of Joseph to St. Anne Catholic Church Building fund, 106 11th Avenue N.E.
