Obituary of Mary Ann Leonard

LEONARD, Mary Ann, 93 went to be with her beloved husband John, on June 28, 2008. John and Mary Ann were Married in 1940 in Cumberland Maryland, She often said "That every day of marriage was her Honeymoon". She was born on December 17, 1914 in Everson PA. The daughter of Omer and Annie Laurie Davis. She was predeceased by her husband John, March 17, 2005, brothers William, Homer, George, Arnold, Harry and Robert. She is survived by her brother John Davis, and his daughter Nancy Davis of Uniontown, PA, her sister Gloria Casey of Sacramento, CA She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by "Her good friend and caregiver Lynn Blount. John and Mary Ann lived and traveled the world and told many interesting and exciting stories. Upon retirement to Sun City Center, Fl over 20 years ago she enjoyed golfing, playing the organ, piano and bridge. She especially loved driving her golf cart and socializing with neighbors. Memorial Service will be held 11 A.M. Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at Sun City Center Funeral Home, 1851 Rickenbacker Drive, Sun City Center, Fl. with Reverend Woody Stanley officiating In Lieu of flowers contributions can be may to LifePath Hospice House, 3725 Upper Creek Drive.
