Obituary of Jean P. Brylawski

Brylawski, Jean P., 87 of Sun City Center, Florida formerly of St. Mary's County, Maryland, passed away on Saturday, January 29, 2011. Born in Washington, D.C. on February 17, 1923, Jean was the loving wife of Alan W. Brylawski and mother of two sons, Alan W. Brylawski Jr., of Potomac Maryland, and Rod L. Brylawski (and his partner, Charles Baker) of Tampa, FL. She was the grandmother of two grandsons, Alan W. Brylawski III and Blair Brylawski, both of Silver Spring MD. Finally, Mrs. Brylawski leaves behind her brother, Lee Pretzfelder of Rockville, MD. In addition to being a loving wife and mother, Jean worked tirelessly to champion the needs of the Developmentally Disabled and through her effort's, she spearheaded a center in St. Mary's County for their special needs. She was a devoted member of the St. Mary's County Women's Club and served as a President. Footnote: Favorite saying….What? What did I say? We will always love and cherish her.
