Obituary of Laura H. Adams

Adams, Laura H., 78 of Ruskin, Fl, passed away on Wednesday, September 1, 2010, at her residence. Born in Edenton, N.C. on June 6, 1932, Laura was a retired bookkeeper, and a longtime member of the Ruskin United Methodist Church, Ruskin. Survivors include her husband of 60 years Robert D. Adams of Ruskin, 2 sons Dale (Shannon) Adams of Maitland, Fl and Lee (Carrie) Adams of Tallahassee, Fl, 2 brothers Donald Hopkins of Palmetto, and Maurice (Sheila) Hopkins of Tallahassee, a sister Juanita ( Harlon) Johnson of Palmetto. Laura is also survived by 4 grandchildren, Chelsea, Crosby, Joshua and Emily. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, September 4, 2010 at the Sun City Center Funeral Home, 1851 Rickenbacker Drive, Sun City Center, Fl, a visitation will be held on Saturday from 1:00 PM to hour of service.
