Obituary of William Bednarovsky

In Loving Memory of William James Bednarovsky (November 25, 1932 - December
5, 2023)
William James Bednarovsky, a resident of Sun City Center, Florida, passed
away at the age of 91 on December 5, 2023. Born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania,
and previously of Hialeah, Florida, William's journey was marked by
dedication to family, faith, service, and professional accomplishment.
A proud veteran of the United States Army, William bravely served during the
Korean War. His commitment extended beyond the military. William & Garnet
raised their family in Hialeah, FL where he spent his professional career as
a structural steel draftsman with Florida Structural Steel, a member of
Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, and a 4th Degree Member of the
Knights of Columbus (Assembly 153-Council 4772). After relocating to Tampa,
Fl  he had over a decade of success with his own business, Drafting
Techniques, a member of Nativity Church and Prince of Peace.
William is preceded in death by his beloved wife,  Garnet Bednarovsky, and
their son, William James Bednarovsky Jr.
He is survived by his children, Christine, Edward, Carol (husband Richard),
and Susan (husband Raul), as well as 6 grandchildren and 7
great-grandchildren.
A memorial service to celebrate William's life will be held on Wednesday,
December 13, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Church, 1400
South State Road 7, North Lauderdale, Florida. The internment will promptly
follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, at 1500 South State Road 7, North
Lauderdale, Florida.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial masses be
offered at your local church. Let us remember William for his devoted
service to his country, his remarkable professional journey, and the
enduring love he shared with his family. May he find eternal peace.
