Obituary of Anthony Venturino
Anthony Venturino, 73, from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, passed away suddenly on January 20, 2021. He graduated from Arizona State University on a football scholarship. Anthony went on to become a decorated Vietnam War Veteran being awarded the National Defense Service Medal, the Vietnam Service Medal, the Vietnam Campaign Medal, and the Bronze Star Medal OLC. He was a devoted husband to his wife of 46 years, Connie and a loving father to his children; Amber, Andrea, Anthony, and Alexis. He also leaves behind his mother, Mary Helen Venturino, and his siblings Linda, Valerie, and Stephen.
Anthony was beloved by his extended family, his 4 grandchildren and his wife’s family; especially Sharon who mourns him as a brother. Anthony touched many lives as a youth soccer coach and will be remembered by all as larger than life and a caring man. Anthony was enjoying retirement with his wife and family. He delighted in watching the grandkids play soccer, golfing with the guys, catching up with old friends, and working in his yard.
