Obituary of Wilmer Neal Penny
Penny, Wilmer Neal, 80, passed away Nov 1, 2018. He retired as an engineer for the Florida Department of Transportation. Survivors include his wife, Fonna Jayne, two sons, Brian (Tina) Penny and Eric Penny, three granddaughters, Candace, Audrey and Olivia Penny, a grandson, Jacob Penny and his brother, Andrew F. (Sonja) Penny. At Neal’s request, there are to be no services. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hope Children’s Home, 11415 Hope International Drive Tampa, Florida 33625 or The Gideons International Processing Center, P.O. Box 97251 Washington, DC 20090.
