Obituary of James Lee Bennett

Bennett, James Lee, 77, of Sun City Center, Florida passed away January 8, 2008. Those who have been most richly blessed by his life are his wife of 57 years, Ardyth, his deceased precious daughter, Maryann, and son Bruce (Angie) of Nashville Tennessee, his son, Brian (Emily) of Winchester, Kentucky and 3 grandsons, Ryan Wayne, Austin Lee and Evan James Bennett, all of whom he was so proud of. In addition, he was survived by his sister, Joyce Borseth of Lansing Michigan. and was preceded in death by his sister, Monabelle DeSchene. He was a member of John Donnelly Table Tennis Club, St. Andrew Presbyterian Church, and the Sun City Center Security Patrol. He was Past President of the Lions Club and a member of the Hospital Board in Winchester, Kentucky. Although his loved ones will certainly mourn, they also rejoice that his death has been swallowed up in the victory of Christ. Their will be a celebration of his life at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, January 13, 2008 at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church, 1239 Dell Webb Boulevard West, Sun City Center, Fla. Following will be a Reception in the Fellowship Hall. In lieu of flowers, it is requested that donations be sent to the Life Path Hospice House, 3723 Upper Creek Drive, Ruskin, Florida 33573. In Memory of James Lee Bennett. The family would like to give their grateful thanks to all the volunteers of the Emergency Squad and the Good Samaritan Service who both helped on many occasions. To the great nurses and staff at Sun Terrace and Central Park who took such good care of him, and to Pastor Ray Schroeder and Carol Liedberg for their visits, prayers and concern.
