Obituary of Patricia Mary Patrocky
Patricia Mary McDermott Patrocky, 84, passed away at her home on Jan. 23, 2023, joining her beloved husband in heaven. She was a graduate of St. Vincent de Paul, where she studied nursing, received her RN degree and went on to practice for many years, specializing in geriatric nursing. She enjoyed watching British television, all types of crafts, especially making beautiful stained-glass pieces and crocheting, and spending time with her large family and close circle of friends in Sun City Center.
Pat was a loving mother to Michael, Kathy Sharp, Jackie Quayle, David (Lisa), James (Valerie) and Paul (Erin) and cherished grandma and great-grandmother to 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She was also a wonderful older sister to Kit (Ted), Jack, Gerry, Maureen, Bob, Tom (Marie), Terry (Carlos), Liz (Gerald), and Greg (Irene). Preceding her in death was her husband of 49 years, Walt, sister, Michealene and daughter, Kim.
A visitation will be on Monday, January 30th at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, at 9:30 -10:30, followed by a service at 11:00.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Pat’s favorite charity, Boy’s Town, in her memory.
