Obituary of Victor Miranda

Victor Joseph Miranda, 41, peacefully passed away on Monday, March 28th, 2022 in Apollo Beach, Fl.
Victor was a 2011 graduate of Pinellas technical institute where got his degree as a machinist. He used his
machinist degree as a machinist working on military parts for 10 years at Leslie Controls. His dad and 2 uncles
also worked w/ him at Leslie Controls.
He was an avid collector of sports memorabilia, sports cards and remote control cars. You would often see him 
racing his RC cars during his time off. 
Victor's smile and humor was always infectious. He was always warm hearted and enjoyed having family over 
for family gatherings. His friends called him "Pooh Bear" because he was a big guy but w/ a bigger heart. Vic's warmth 
and kindness will be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his loving father and mother (Victor M. and Marion Miranda), sister, Linda Miranda, niece/goddaughter,
Sarah Spicher and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at Sun City Center Funeral Home on Thursday, March 31st from 5p-8p; 1851 Rickenbacker 
Dr. Sun City Center, Fl 33573. Funeral mass will be held at Prince of Peace Catholic Church on Friday, April 1st. 
from 10-11am; 702 Valley Forge Blvd; Sun City Center, Fl 33573 followed by burial in crypt at Ruskin Memorial
Cemetery. Repass will be at Alpha Pizza house after burial.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Humane Society of Tampa Bay; 3607 
N. Armenia Ave. Tampa, FL 33607.
