Obituary of Mary Cavanagh

Mary Cavanagh passed from this life on October 15, 2020.  She is now on the next phase to her new adventure, after fighting her battle with ALS.  She was predeceased by her husband William, her sister Eileen Delendik, and her granddaughter Meagan Johnson.

She leaves behind her daughters Mary Ellen DaSilva (John) and Kathleen Blount (Dale).  Also her brothers John Murray and Peter Murray, plus several grandchildren, great-grand children and many nieces and nephews.  Mary was an active volunteer in many organizations and was a parishioner at St. Annes until her health failed.

She was a vivacious, adventurous, fun loving woman, whose favorite quote was "It's 5:00 somewhere !!"

Her granddaughters, Lynn Ann and Jennifer were instrumental in getting hospice involved, and her daughter Mary Ellen & John in making sure Mary was well taken care of.  The family would like to thank her dear friend Bo Tice for going above and beyond in his compassionate care and keeping her smiling until the end.
