Obituary of Elizabeth M Koepp

Elizabeth M. Walisiewicz-Koepp, 90, of Wimauma passed away on September 1, 2020 after a brief battle with COVID19.  She was born on September 29, 1929 in Ironwood, MI to Martin and Edith Schutte.  She married John J. Walisiewicz in 1947.  Together they had two children.    She was predeceased by husband John and son, Michael.  She later married Robert Koepp, who died in 2007. She is survived by daughter Patricia Salm of Schenectady, NY; grandson Michael (Tiffany) Walisiewicz of Milwaukee, WI; granddaughters, Jamie Salm of Albany, NY and Jennifer Salm of Schenectady, NY; nephews Martin (Laurene) Schutte of Milwaukee, WI, James Schutte of Milwaukee, WI; and niece, Laurie (Kevin) Stranz; and great-granddaughter Caitlyn Walisiewicz.

Elizabeth worked for many years at West Allis State Bank in Milwaukee, WI.  After retiring, she spent many years at her lake house in Watersmeet, MI before moving to Little Manatee Springs in Wimauma, FL. She actively served as the Little Manatee Springs librarian for many years and participated in numerous community activities including Silver Sneakers. 

At her request, burial services will be private at the convenience of the family.
