Obituary of George Gaesser
George Joseph Gaesser, 80, of Sun City Center FL, passed away at Tampa General Hospital on December 10, 2019. He was born on June 14, 1939 in Buffalo New York to his parents, Elizabeth and Joseph. George was a native of Western New York and raised his family with his wife Margaret (Peggy) having two boys Michael, and Joel. George was a chemist for Occidental Petroleum as well as several other career and personal accomplishments. He enjoyed fishing and woodworking as hobbies.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret (Jones) Gaesser; son, Michael Gaesser, Jannet (Mulero) Gaesser, Emily Rose Gaesser of Pawling, NY; son Joel Gaesser of Economy, PA; sister Carol of North Tonawanda, NY , and several nieces and nephews.
There will be a funeral service for George celebrated at Sun City Center Funeral Home at 11:00 AM on Saturday December 14, followed by a burial Service at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Kenmore, NY on Friday December 20 at 11:00 AM.
