Obituary of Raymond Kahle II
RAYMOND David KAHLE II of Sun City Florida passed away on 8/31/2018. Ray leaves Patricia RAYMOND KAHLE and three daughters, Lynn, Janet and Barbara. Ray’s primary focus was family and he just celebrated 65 wonderful years of marriage and was a proud grandfather of nine and one great grandchild.
Ray KAHLE served in the Korean Conflict and while starting a family graduated from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb with a mechanical engineering degree and completed a GE apprenticeship in engineering. Ray worked at General Electric and subsequently had a long career at the Batesville Casket Company of Hildebrand Industries where he was VP of Manufacturing and Sales. He retired to Sun City Florida with his wife in 2004 and has been quite active volunteering his time on homeowner committees and the emergency squad.
Family was always a priority for Ray and there will be a memorial service on September 22, 2018 at Sun City Center Funeral Home (2-4 pm) He will be buried at Florida National Cemetery.
